Ray Grandoit, better known as Ray Grand, born and raised in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up Ray always had dreams of playing in the NBA and being the CEO of his own company, however, at the young age of 14 he contracted spinal meningitis, which left him in a coma for weeks, paralyzed from the waist down and wheelchair bound ever since. This completely changed his life but not his dreams and aspirations. Ray looked at being paralyzed as a blessing, he was alive and able to do everything anyone else could just in a different way, including playing basketball and owning his own business..

The goal is such that when members of the community come in contact with the Ray Grand logo they will immediately recognize the power in what it represents, an ability to overcome any obstacle set before them, the true meaning behind the face of the company. Ray Grand Apparel works to form an inter-reliant movement that represents strength, hard work, and determination to reawaken the community.
